First appointments
- First appointments are usually 15 - 30 minutes consultations where Dr James examines your teeth and treatment of the most urgent problems are completed
- Longer appointments are scheduled after the consultation (if needed)
- We work strictly by appointments
- Please come 5 - 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow enough time to fill in forms
New Medical Aid Patients
- We accept most of the larger medical aids. Please contact us or your Medical Aid Scheme to confirm.
- NB! Make sure you bring your medical aid card (or membership certificate) with to the practice. Failure to do so will make you a private patient and full payment of the treatment done on that day is expected before leaving the practice.
- Before leaving the practice, medical aid patients have to make full payment for any amount that the medical aid will not cover
New Private patients
- Private patients please bring your ID or drivers licence
- Before leaving the practice, private patients have to make full payment for their treatment
Cancellations
- Cancellations have to be made min 24 hrs prior to your appointment
